The coaching sessions working with your agenda, once the goals are set, with the
focus on moving forward and not looking at the past. This process will enable you to
become more of who you already are and who you have the potential to be.
The coaching series commences with the setting of inspiring goals, the co-creating
of milestones to make achieving these goals more obtainable, followed by action
steps from each session to move through the milestones towards achieving the
goals. The series ends with a summary of the coaching journey and an
acknowledgement of your achievements and key insights along the path.
